Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in our firm’s operations. We are looking for an individual who is positive, energetic, and passionate about helping people. The majority of time spent in this position will be performing administrative tasks, entering data, and learning our system and industry while providing exceptional service to clients and coworkers in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn our software, processes, and industry;
  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet visiting customers;
  • Scan and organize physical and electronic files;
  • Accurately enter data into our software;
  • Schedule appointments;
  • Run errands, order supplies, and organize office;
  • Various assigned projects.

Required Skills:

  • Basic mathematics (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing);
  • Technology and computer expertise.
